The company activities are categories into 2 main areas as describe below :

Mechanic site work

Service, installation and commissioning of :-

• Boiler’s service and overhaul; to clean furnace, mud drum, steam drum, tubes, boiler’s essential fitting and burner for water tube of fire tube.
• Boiler’s repair; re-tubing or repair any pressure part by qualified welder and approved by related authorities.
• Boiler,s installation; concrete foundation, steel structure, boiler installation, re-factory brick installation, boiler essential fitting installation and piping work to the factory.
• Pressure test and commision; to prepare hydrostatic test, leak test, steam test and commissioning the steam boiler.
• General engineering work and construction; equipment installation, steel structures, ducting, chimney and skid, concrete foundation and minor civil work.

Design and Engineering Work

Design calculation, preparation of drawing and documentation for :-

• Steam Boiler and Unifired Pressure Vessel Calculation – base on ASME section 1, BS 1113, ASME Section VIII div. 1 or 2 and BS 5500.
• Welding Procedure Specification and Qualification – preparation base to ASME IX, BS-EN or API 1104 depending to the customer and authorities.
• Steam piping system from steam boiler to the related machinery base to code of practice or National Board – Steam boiler and Pressure Vessel.
• Preparation of document, drawing and procedure for repair or re-tubing of steam boiler and piping system base on related authorities.
• Preparation for Safe Operation Procedure (S.O.P) during servicing, installation, testing and commissioning the steam boiler and piping system
• Knowledge in Factory and Machinery Act 1967 abd Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 etc.
